Gobhi ParathaIngredients
4 cups Whole Wheat Flour (Atta), 2 cups grated Cauliflower (Gobhi), 1-2 chopped Green chilies, 1" Ginger chopped, Salt, Red chili powder & Garam Masala as per your taste, 1/2 tablespoon Ajwain (optional), Butter /Oil for frying, Finely chopped Coriander leaves.

Preparation
First make dough out of Atta, similarly as you do for any type of roti or paratha.
Prepare the mixture of the grated cauliflower, ginger, green chilies, coriander leaves, ajwain, chili powder, salt and garam masala, for use as the filling in the paratha.
Make two medium sized chapati, add the filling to the one chapati and cover it with the second one. Now roll it gently and slightly.
Cook it on a pre-heated Tawa (flat griddle plate). Turn it and pour half a tablespoon oil or butter over it.
Spread the same on the paratha and fry shallow over low intensity of heat.
Turn the paratha and again pour oil or butter on the other side.
Then, cook over a low intensity of heat till it gets golden brown in colour.
Your Gobhi Ka Parantha is now ready to be served hot with yogurt (curd) and chutney of your liking.
