1 can/15 oz pumpkin, 2/3 cup non-fat dry milk powder, 1 pkg sugar free, instant butterscotch pudding mix 4 serving pkg, 1-1/2 to 2 cups fat-free whipped topping, 1-2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice, 3/4 cup water.

Preparation
First of all mix thoroughly the pudding, pumpkin, spice, milk powder and water together. After blending well fold the mixture in the specified whipped topping artfully. Then, get the same into glasses of convenient size. You can also top this with nuts or other dollop of topping.

2 teaspoon Anise flavouring, 3 pkg diet cherry jello, 4 cups low calorie cherry soda.

Preparation
First soften the gelatins in a 1/2 cup of soda, and bring the remaining 3 1/2 cups of cherry soda to a boil. Dissolve the gelatin mixture and then add desired anise flavouring. Pour the mixture into a pan of 9x12 inches and then refrigerate the same. When this gets set, cut the same scrupulously into 24 squares.


Orange Soda Chicken Diet

3-4 chicken breasts, 1/4 cup soya sauce, 1 can diet orange soda.

Preparation
First remove carefully the skin and fat from fresh chicken. Then, mix the soya sauce and soda in a baking dish of size 9x11 inches. Put the chicken in thus prepared soda-sauce mixture and bake the same to a temperature of 3250F for about one hour till it gets tender. Lastly, baste few times as the chicken mixture gets cooked.


Cranberry Relish

1 pkg (about 3 cups) raw cranberries, 1 sm. can crushed pineapple with juice, 1 sm. orange- peeled and 26 quartered, 1 pkg. sugar-free raspberry Jell-O.

Preparation
In a blender container of convenient size, process the orange and crushed pineapple till the mixture gets smooth. Add the sugar-free raspberry Jello powder and then add gradually the raw cranberries until the diet recipe is processed smoothly. Then, refrigerate the same, to get the recipe ready.


Chicken Salad
Chicken SaladIngredients
1 cup boiling water, 2 pkg sugar-free lemon Jell-O, 1/4 c. onion, chopped, 2 cans chicken noodle soup, 1 c. celery- chopped, 2 c. chicken- shredded or 2 cans- drained, 1/2 c. bell pepper- chopped, 1 c. mayonnaise, 2 c. Cool Whip.

Preparation
Dissolve the sugar-free lemon Jell-O firstly, in the specified amount of water. Then, add all other ingredients mentioned above, except the mayonnaise and the cool whip. Then, fold in the mayonnaise and Cool Whip. Pour the mixture in a convenient 9x13 inches dish, and refrigerate the same. Lastly serve with crackers like a dip.
