On your marks, get set go!
This is easy. The first participant who gets Jack gets to be the caller. He uses the Aces, Kings, Queens, Jacks, tens and nines. He jumbles them up and deals them face down. Each participant then picks up his hand and the caller selects the direction in which they must be passed. 

For instance if he says "2 to the left" then each participant must pass two of his cards to the person on his left. If a player ends up with 4 of the same number then he must thump his hand in the middle of the table. 

The other participants must do the same and the last person to thump his hand down must take a shot. If the person who slams his hand down first doesn’t have four of the same number then he and the last person must take a shot. Is that easy now?
